Purpose

This course provides technicians with the foundational knowledge needed for installation and start-up of Syntech’s Fuel Management Units. Participation in this course will prepare installers for ASR (Authorized Service Representative) Certification, which is a requirement for installation of FuelMaster products. Certification is contingent upon meeting the minimum score requirement on the certification exam, and is valid for 3 years. 

A recertifying technician may recertify online.

This course covers:

  • Hardware installation, troubleshooting, and required documentation for FMPlus and FMLive systems
  • FMPlus and FMLive software navigation
  • FMPlus software-related SQL installation
  • AIM implementation and other Syntech products
